Personally I use the assault CR. I just never touched the Burst IDK why. I like the assault since it shoots faster but burns your ammo FAST!!! I use it with a flux grenade since it is a great 1v1 heavy killer

For an ACTIVE SCANNER you need skill on the ACTIVE SCANNER which is in the drop suit upgrades section and you just need it to be level on to have one (if there are no militia versions). If you want you can upgrade it a lot but only if you want to ...

my best cheep fit is: Minmatar assault(this one has 1 armor HP per sec by default) milt shot gun nova knifes 3 basic shield extenders milt. thing that makes you run faster(can't think of the name) nanite injector total cost= 8,040 isk!
